Using the P6MyCarePlan App & Platinum 6

The Platinum 6 program is a sophisticated but easy to use complete clinical, care and lifestyle software system used by over 850 organisations world-wide to support older persons and community based Service Users, and the staff who support them, by recording and reporting on their specifically noted needs and wants.

The Platinum 6 program commenced servicing the health care sector in 1997 – it was the pioneer system in Australia and became a web browser staff and organisation system in 2010 now used world-wide to support people in their home, in supported living, rest homes or nursing homes.

Since 2010, Apps have ben added including the P6MyCarePlan App, to support residents/clients to be empowered to contribute to their own care details, view events planned for them and add photos for families/representatives to login and view.

The combined system – Platinum 6 used by staff/managers of services – and the P6MyCarePlan App used by resident/client/family – ensures all are in Sync and can remain informed of needs and preferences in real time, with recording of professional assessment details and notes, and other support features.
